Some of the symptoms include, finding that going to places or being with other people difficult, avoiding situations that can bring on anxiety, feelings of shakiness and hard to breath at times, catastrophising about the possibilities of what could happen in the future, finding you can can’t sleep, you keep overthinking about everything, difficulty in relaxing and not being able to sit still.
I offer sessions that involve EMDR therapy combined with CBT to help with developing the skills to manage anxiety and go back to where the anxiety began in your past.
